MINI RUGBY: BOYS & GIRLS

3-6 AND 6-9 YEARS

Our Mini Rugby program is an introduction to rugby, focussed on basic skills and movement, to build confidence for young boys and girls between the ages of 3 – 6 and 6- 9.

JUNIOR RUGBY: BOYS & GIRLS

9-12 AND 12-15 YEARS

The Junior program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 9-12 and 12-15, and will build on the development gained during the Mini program.

15-18 AND 18-21

The Youth Rugby program builds on goals and the skills developed in the earlier programs and will focus on all aspects of the game for the 15-18 and 18-21 age groups.
