The vision of Rugby Academy SA is to utilise the sport’s unique values, qualities, and characteristics, to inspire, educate and motivate every child. We aim to make a positive difference, develop good rugby skill techniques, improve confidence, health, and well-being, in a structured and engaging environment.
Our costing model is based on a monthly subscription which gives you access to our all our training sessions. The subscription includes advice and sessions from experts in the professional sporting arena; ranging from Strength & Conditioning, nutrition, recovery, to kicking specialists and sports psychologists.
OUR RUGBY PROGRAMMES
MINI RUGBY:
BOYS & GIRLS
3-6 AND 6-9 YEARS
Our Mini Rugby programme is an introduction to rugby, focused on basic skills and movement, to build confidence for young boys and girls between the ages of 3 – 6 and 6 - 9.
JUNIOR RUGBY:
BOYS & GIRLS
9-12 AND 12-15 YEARS
The Junior programme is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 9-12 and 12-15, and will build on the development gained during the Mini programme.
YOUTH RUGBY:
BOYS & GIRLS
15-18 YEARS
The Youth Rugby programme builds on the skills developed in the earlier programmes and will focus on all aspects of the game for the 15-18 year age groups.
ACADEMY RUGBY:
BOYS & GIRLS
18-21 YEARS
The Academy Rugby programme is the transitional phase to senior professional rugby, preapring you for a high perfromance life in both sport and career (18 - 21).

DEVELOPMENT
The Rugby Academy Community Development Programme, in partnership with our professional players, will begin in 2022 as a rugby programme for children in the previously disadvantaged communities of Cape Town.
SKILLS & COACHING
Our skills development and coaching programmes are designed to create the opportunity for the youth to upskill themselves through various sports related courses, apprenticeships and qualifications.
