What age can my child start?
Children can join Little Legends from age 4, with programmes structured for every age group through to 18+.
Do players need prior rugby experience?
No prior experience is needed — our programmes are designed to develop players from complete beginners through to elite level.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable training kit, boots, a water bottle, and a mouthguard for contact sessions.
How often are sessions held?
Session frequency depends on the programme, ranging from 2 session a week for Little Legends to 3–4 for Elite Academy.
Can girls join Rugby Academy SA?
Yes, Rugby Academy SA welcomes players of all genders across our programmes.
Can my child move between programmes?
Yes, players are assessed regularly and can progress between programmes as they develop.
